Atlantic Yacht and Ship Features 9 Boats at the Palm Beach International Boat Show

The 26^th annual Palm Beach International Boat Show is hitting shores this weekend, March 24 to 27, 2011. This is one of the top 10 boat shows in the country, showcasing more than $350 million worth of boats, yachts and accessories from the world’s leading marine manufacturers. It is a treasure trove for the boating enthusiast with nearly everything necessary—from the latest in electronics and satellites to nautical fashion and luxury décor—to outfit your vessel.

The show is located along the waterfront on Flagler Drive, with merchandise tents at Clematis Street and Evernia Street. Dry land and water displays will exhibit boats for sale with numerous accessories, such as water purifiers and engines. Docked at Ramp E, 1-11, guests will see hundreds of spectacular boats, ranging from fishing boats to family cruisers, high-performance boats, bow riders and super yachts.

As a leader in the yacht and ship brokerage industry, Atlantic Yacht and Ship will be featuring nine beautiful boats at this year’s event, including the impressive 62 Sunseeker Predator “Eagle II”, the luxurious 96 Hargrave “Lady Jan” and the sleek 115 Trinity “Watercolours”. In addition to the spectacular array of yachts for sale, the Palm Beach International Boat Show offers a variety of activities to keep their guests entertained. Get tips from experienced fisherman at the International Game Fish Association (IGFA) School of Sportfishing. The IGFA will be presenting small sessions with some of the area’s best captains and professional anglers.

There will also be seminars throughout the weekend on topics like emergency boat repairs, lobstering and much more. Don Dingman, host and founder of Hook the Future, will teach the 13^th annual Kids Fishing Clinics for children ages four to 16.

Three cocktail barges with food and a full-service bar will accommodate guests as they peruse the boats and yachts for sale and listen to live entertainment.

San Diego Hosts DeLUXE Yacht and Lifestyle Event

This coming April, the city of San Diego will host a three day yacht and luxury lifestyle event, appropriately named DeLUXE San Diego. The announcement came at the recent 20^th annual Monaco Yacht Show, a strong introduction considering Monaco is one of the world’s premier luxury lifestyle locations. DeLUXE San Diego is organized and promoted not only as an international yacht show, but as an experience as well. Tim McGrane, president of Events International Company, states, “This is not just a yacht show, or a car, or other category show, but ‘an experience event’ that we are looking to bring together guests to introduce and expose them to a number of luxury categories.” However, yachts will still be a large focus of the three day affair, including highlights of 100-foot plus motor sailing yachts, classic tenders and day boats.

In addition to the yacht showcase, there will be presentations from private aviation companies and top-mark automobiles. Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with international and domestic luxury brands and services in a salon-style environment, including cult wines, fine jewelry, watches and adventure travel. London Boat Show Opening January 7, 2011

The much anticipated Tullet Prebon London International Boat Show is approaching January 7, 2011. For the first time in the show’s history, the London Boat Show will feature a marina of used boats for sale as well as new boats. This is in response to overwhelming interest from visitors for used motor yachts.

The London Boat Show runs from January 7 to 13 at the London Excel Centre and this year will feature more exhibitors, boats and products including the world premiere of the new M Class from British boat builder Princess Yachts.

The 32 meter vessel will be the largest ever showcased inside the boat show’s venue and marks the first attempt by Princess to crack the superyacht market – a 40 meter follow up is scheduled for 2012.

Sunseeeker Yachts will unveil the Predator 115 and the Manhattan 73. Other highlights include the Sea Ray 235 Weekender and the Fairline Targa 50 Grand Turismo, another world debut.

Some other boast show facts:

* The 2011 Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show will offer several brand new features such as the Watersports Action Pool, Knowledge Box, Cruising Chute and the Used Boat Marina to name but a few.

Centered in Fort Lauderdale, the “Yachting Capital of the World”, the boat show will feature a wide variety of sportfishers, motor yachts, catamarans and more sprawled over 3 million square feet of space in 5 locations throughout the city. The show will provide bus shuttles, water taxis and riverboats for attendees to travel from site to site.

281-Foot Yacht to Debut at Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
